What happens in a session is that I serve you as an interpreter. I talk with the part of you that lives your day-to-day life, but also listen to the part of you that pulls everything together and builds your dreams.
I talk with your higher source as well, to find what will help you now so you can accomplish what is important to you as spirit in this physical world.
"Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my session ?"
Thoughts or questions can surface before the session. It's a good idea to write down your questions so that your key questions are not overlooked.
Which is best, an in-person session or over the phone?
Both types of sessions have their qualities. In person sessions give a richer experience since you also have benefit of seeing facial expression, but sessions over the phone are no less powerful. Quantum physics shows us that there is always space between us, yet everything is connected.
Can others be present during my reading session?
It's important to understand the purpose of your session: to bring forth the abilities and wisdom hidden within, and clear away the beliefs and incidences that caused us to pull back in the first place. In order to create a powerful healing we have to open ourselves to it. Choose the time and location for your session wisely, keeping in mind that you may want to ask very personal questions, and you may have an emotional reaction or response to parts of your session. Consider the noise levels, interruptions by others, and ability to ask your questions out loud.
Is there a follow up to my reading session?
That is up to you. If you want to create change to the patterns you live by, you might consider scheduling another session, either a full hour or half an hour to focus on your transition.
Anything else I should know?
Allow yourself time for transition. Take good care of yourself as well. Our body follows our energetic changes, and responses as well as it can. Giving the body the tools it needs will help greatly: clean water, healthy foods, sufficient rest and exercise.
