Most think of a CEO as the one in charge of a large business or corporation. The purpose of a CEO is to maintain the vision and mission of the organization. In a sense we are all CEOs. We are the CEOs of our own lives, utilizing the resources available to us and keeping the vision that will bring success.

Clarity comes when we clear the confusion and conflicting information and are able to see or know our own truth.

Coach

Most coaches assist you in finding direction and fine-tuning your thoughts. In my coaching practice we work a little differently. I tune into and talk with your higher perspectives and directives, and translate those insights into your day-to-day consciousness. This gives you the empowerment you need to know your own path and direction.

Energy Tune Up

In the sense of an optimization session (see below) the majority of my work is a lot like holding the flashlight for you, letting you know what I see, and watching as you fine-tune your own "engine". This isn't just a "self serve" offering, I also guide you gently into your custom-designed, higher self defined next step.

Expectations

This is one of the amazing things about these "Optimization Sessions" - We have a series of rules and beliefs that create the world we live in. Some must stay "as is", but many may be obsolete or limiting for you!

Intuitive

Intuitive is one of those over-worked words that describes some form of subtle awareness and perception. Some call it the "gut level feeling".

Intuition is one of the many skills I use in my work, as the supporting data that helps me recognize you and your life experiences with clarity and compassion.

Mechanic

Tune up anyone? If you want that laid-back sunday drive then you don't need to pay as much attention to your overall condition of your "vehicle". but if you want that CEO edge, if you want the gold in the olympics, if you want to cross that finish line in first place you need clarity and confidence.

Metaphysical

This is one of those great "woo woo" words, but its really very simple. When we speak of metaphysical we're talking about that part of you that is bigger than your thoughts, more creative than you can imagine, with vision that can carry you through a lifetime and inner power that can fuel a dream.

With that in mind, it seems like the wiser choice to consider our "metaphysical" status.

Mystic

Quite literally, the definition of Mystic is "seeing beyond". This term is an old world term that's ready to step up to the next level.

Mystic Mechanic looks at the synergy of your complete system: the integration of body, mind, emotion, and spirit. I'm on your team: think of a session as that moment for a pit stop, giving you the support you need to win the race!

Optimization Session

There is no greater master of the ship than you. No one has the perspective that you have, no matter how great a "reader" they claim to be.

In my Optimization Sessions I stand on the outside, but see "beyond expectations", which means seeing the greater you and the bits and pieces that make you who you are.

My purpose and highly respected agreement with you is to look only at what you choose to show me, without judgment. I am not a mind reader, that's the sticky part of our perceptions, and I really don't want to go there, LOL!!

The goal is to bring recognition to the solution when you are ready for it, or the steps when you are in "discovery mode". I don't find your answers, you do - I would never take that moment of Ah-ha away from you! My role is to help you get there faster, easier, with joy.

Shamanism

Whether we recognize it or not, we all draw energies from the earth. How could we not: we live here, breathe and grow here.

Shamanism works with the energies of the earth as well as the spiritual world: As above, so below, and you are the connector in the middle.

This is my specialty - stepping out of the details and the classifications we assign to all the data and experience collected through a lifetime. This is like talking to your Board of Directors, and clearing the way for your new directive to filter down to every department in your life operations.

Woo-Woo

There are so many perceptions of energy work or metaphysical studies. One of the biggest problems is terminology, another is that gap between the comfort levels we have today, and the way-out-there ideas like "infinite possibilities" that do not take in consideration our individuality or the moment-to-moment world we live in.

Another way of describing "woo-woo" is something that is unclear or undefined.

Woo-Woo to "Wow" -
The letters are the same, their just strung together in a way that's simplier and makes a lot more sense.
